Robert Stevens Roofing replaced the fascia boards and gutters on our house May 2023. They checked our roof and said it was in good condition and did not need replacing (that’s honesty!). We worked primarily with Todd, who came to our house every day workers were on the job to make sure the work was being done as agreed to, and to answer any questions we had. We appreciated that Rick’s people listened to our input and discussed any concerns we raised. Everyone who worked on our house was friendly, courteous, and experienced – they obviously knew what they were doing and did a good job. We especially appreciated Todd’s attention to communication, whether via email, text or phone. He was easy to reach and quick to respond, and he kept us abreast of scheduling changes (due to weather). We would not hesitate to hire Rick and his team again for future roofing needs.

In the last decade we have called on and recommended them to family and friends because of their prompt professional service. They have never disappointed with the work they have done, or the respectful way they have engaged us.
Just last week, I called to ask if someone could assess issues with a section of our gutter. Rick responded to our call and stopped by the house. He not only identified our problem, but spent a few minutes making a quick repair and explaining the issue to my wife and I. We offered to pay for the repairs, but Rick declined.
