Robert Stevens Roofing replaced the fascia boards and gutters on our house May 2023. They checked our roof and said it was in good condition and did not need replacing (that’s honesty!). We worked primarily with Todd, who came to our house every day workers were on the job to make sure the work was being done as agreed to, and to answer any questions we had. Everyone who worked on our house was friendly, courteous, and experienced – they obviously knew what they were doing and did a good job. We especially appreciated Todd’s attention to communication, whether via email, text or phone. He was easy to reach and quick to respond, and he kept us abreast of scheduling changes (due to weather). We would not hesitate to hire Rick and his team again for future roofing needs.

I am not someone who writes a lot of reviews but when find a true professional who works hard to get job done right. You want to thank them in some way. This review is my thanks to Rick, his crew and those who work for Robert Stevens Roofing. Thank you.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality In 2009 Robert Stevens Roofing helped repair our roof and siding after a damaging hailstorm. They have never disappointed with the work they have done, or the respectful way they have engaged us. Just last week, I called to ask if someone could assess issues with a section of our gutter. Just last week, I called to ask if someone could assess issues with a section of our gutter. Rick responded to our call and stopped by the house. He not only identified our problem, but spent a few minutes making a quick repair and explaining the issue to my wife and I. We offered to pay for the repairs, but Rick declined. This courtesy and consideration is why we always call Robert Stevens Roofing.

Rick and his team were amazing. He was recommended by many of my neighbors and I’m so glad I took their referral. From the initial inspection, to meeting with my insurance adjuster, to helping me pick our shingles, to making sure I was completely satisfied with the work, Rick was simply a professional start to finish and so darn nice as well. I highly recommend anyone who needs help with roofing issues call him.

What made it even more convenient was they handled the coordination with other parties to get all our trim painted, replaced broken trim pieces, and a new upgraded gutter system installed. Todd was easy to work with and took the time to explain details/ the process and all the products they offered. We ended up going with an upgraded shingle which provides better protection from hail and gave us a discount from our insurance provider which paid for the upgrade after 2 years of savings on our premium (Todd recommended asking our insurance about discounts). I will be working with Robert Stevens Roofing for any of my future exterior projects.

We had shingles damaged and ripped off our roof during a nighttime storm. Robert Stevens came out to our home early the next morning (on a weekend) to emergency tarp. They helped us extensively with providing information to insurance to try to get a full roof replacement. Insurance was difficult and argued against most of the things we wanted fixed, despite Robert Stevens and other roofers saying the shingles were not fixable. Insurance was difficult and argued against most of the things we wanted fixed, despite Robert Stevens and other roofers saying the shingles were not fixable. Robert Stevens stuck with us throughout and continued to help. We finally decided to do the loop full replacement (mostly out of our own pocket) about six months after the incident. They got us on the schedule quickly due to the issues we faced and their pricing was very reasonable. We would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Todd with Robert Stevens roofing was wonderful! The performance by this company is outstanding! Todd Short, Project Manager, goes above and beyond. He was very thorough, informed us every way along our roof replacement, and advocated with our insurance adjuster for us. We could not have been more satisfied. The owner, Rick Campbell, and Todd were both on site during some of the work. Definitely 5 stars!!

We had an excellent experience with Robert Stevens Roofing. They were always prompt in their correspondence, the crew was timely and professional on the day that they replaced our roof, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly easy to work with. I’m picky about contractors and can 100% say that I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a complete redecking, new roof and insulation added. The job could not have gone better. The crew was skilled and efficient and worked hard, completing the project in one day. They did a meticulous job of cleanup. We did not find even one nail left in the yard. When they left you would never have know that such a huge project had gone on that day.
